Prayer is an excellent tool. Journal your thoughts. Write about your journey. Celebrate your victories and learn from your losses.
Challenge your current state and take action on that one thing until it's no longer a thing. Then you're free to abolish that next thing and never cease praying about all things in your life.
Changing your expectations can be challenging, but the benefits far outweighs the heavy lifting.
